本課程是環(huán)境工程專業(yè)和給排水工程專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課,，主要內(nèi)容包括：微生物（細菌,、古細菌、真菌,、原生動物等）的形態(tài),、結(jié)構(gòu)；微生物的生理特性,、生長與遺傳變異,；微生物對污染物的分解與轉(zhuǎn)化作用；廢水生物處理中的微生物和水體污染的指示生物,；水衛(wèi)生生物學以及微生物實驗等,。微生物實驗的主要目的是通過實驗使學生掌握微生物的觀察、培養(yǎng),、分離,、保藏、復壯,、滅菌,、無菌操作等基本的微生物學實驗研究方法等。
This course is a basic course for Environmental Engineering and Water Supply and Wastewater Engineering. The contents include the morphology and structure of microorganisms (bacteria, archaea, fungi, protozoa), microbial physiology, growth and genetics, biodegradation and biotransformation of pollutants, microorganisms and indicators in wastewater treatment facility, and hygiene bacteriology. The lab training enables the students to learn how to view, cultivate, isolate, preserve, recover, sterilize microorganisms.
