本課程系統(tǒng)介紹了水資源開發(fā)利用和保護的基礎(chǔ)理論,、技術(shù)途徑和工程設(shè)計方法,，主要內(nèi)容包括水資源利用基礎(chǔ),、水資源開發(fā)利用工程和水資源保護,。其中,，第一章水資源概論,，提出了水資源的基本涵義和屬性，分析了全球水資源分布與利用狀態(tài)以及我國面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與對策,；第二章水資源特性,，分別討論了地表水和地下水的分類和特征、水資源的形成和運動規(guī)律,、以及水文計算方法,；第三章水資源評價與利用規(guī)劃，介紹了水資源（質(zhì),、量）評價的分類,、評價指標(biāo)體系及評價方法，提出了水資源開發(fā)利用綜合規(guī)劃的理論與方法,；第四章地表水取水工程,，分析了地表水取水構(gòu)筑物類型及適用特征、取水工程選址和選型以及工程設(shè)計方法,；第五章地下水取水工程,，分析了地下水取水構(gòu)筑物類型及適用特征、以及取水工程設(shè)計方法,；第六章非傳統(tǒng)水資源利用工程,，分析了針對再生水和雨水的利用途徑、安全保障和工程方法,；第七章水資源保護與管理,，討論了水資源保護和管理的理論與方法。
This course systematically introduces the basic theories, technical approaches and engineering design methods of water resources development, utilization and protection. In chapter 1, it summarizes the introduction to water resources. In chapter 2, the characteristics and theory of water resources are discussed. In chapter 3, the methods of water resources evaluation and water resources planning are put forward. In chapter 4, the approaches of surface water intake engineering are discussed. In chapter 5, the approaches of groundwater intake engineering are discussed. In chapter 6, it is discussed that the approaches of non-traditional water resources utilization engineering. In chapter 7, theories and methods of water resources protection and management are introduced.
