本課程從環(huán)境工程和給排水工程項目的特點和實施出發(fā),，結合我國國情,、國家相關政策和目前國際通行的要求，系統(tǒng)地介紹技術經(jīng)濟和造價管理理論方法以及在環(huán)境工程和給排水工程建設項目中應用,，突出專業(yè)特點，強調理論與應用結合。課程重點內容包括,，環(huán)境工程和給排水工程項目投資與生產(chǎn)成本,、工程經(jīng)濟、污染控制設備的工程經(jīng)濟分析,、工程項目可行性研究,、工程建設費用租車分析、工程定額和工程量確定,、建設項目概預算,、工程量清單和招投標等。
Combined with implementation of environmental engineering and water supply and drainage projects, this course introduces the technical economy and cost management theory, and focuses on the professional characteristics, emphasizing the combination of theory and application. The main contents of the course include investment and construction costs in environmental engineering and water supply and drainage projects, engineering economy, pollution control equipment costs, engineering economic analysis, feasibility study, construction cost analysis, operation and management costs, project quota and engineering quantity determination, construction project budget, bill of quantities and bidding and so on.
