1,、介紹國(guó)家基建工程的相關(guān)知識(shí)。設(shè)計(jì)的基本程序：可行性研究（立項(xiàng)）-初步設(shè)計(jì)（擴(kuò)大初步設(shè)計(jì)）-技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)-施工圖設(shè)計(jì)-施工-竣工驗(yàn)收,；與之相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙：擴(kuò)初圖,、施工圖和竣工圖；與之相應(yīng)的工程投資：工程概算,，工程預(yù)算和工程決算,； 2、學(xué)習(xí)使用《給水排水工程設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)》,，相關(guān)《設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》,、《排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》、《水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》等工具書,； 3,、學(xué)習(xí)水處理工程設(shè)計(jì)的主要技能：（1）根據(jù)《課程設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書》所提供的資料和要求，查找大量文獻(xiàn)和咨詢專家,，確定科學(xué)可行的處理技術(shù)方案,；（2）利用工具書和以往所學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)課和專業(yè)課知識(shí)，學(xué)生們自行組隊(duì)（4~5人/組）分工合作完成設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算書和設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書,，其中必須包含整個(gè)工程的基建投資估算,、運(yùn)行成本估算、施工期和運(yùn)行期的環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià),，以及在設(shè)計(jì),、施工、運(yùn)行過(guò)程中必須考慮的工程倫理問(wèn)題等內(nèi)容,；（3）進(jìn)行污水處理廠（站）的平面,、高程圖布置與繪圖，設(shè)計(jì)并繪制一個(gè)主要構(gòu)筑物的擴(kuò)初圖和一個(gè)核心構(gòu)筑物的施工圖,。 4,、以模擬工程招投標(biāo)的形式進(jìn)行課程最終答辯，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的實(shí)戰(zhàn)能力,。
The course emphasizes the cultivation of students’ ability of practical design. It includes lectures and engineering design practice. Students can learn the basic concepts and principles of process design, structure design and calculation as well as how to draw using AutoCAD. Four or five students will form a design team to finish the design of a water or wastewater treatment plant. They should finish explanation file, calculation file, general layout, altitude drawing and construction drawings for two main treatment processes. The calculation of the total investment of the whole plant and the operational cost, the environmental impact assessment of the plant, and the relative ethic issues are also required.
