課程簡介：本課程從全球化學(xué)品發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的環(huán)境問題入手，梳理全球化學(xué)品管理體系,，重點(diǎn)學(xué)習(xí)全球化學(xué)品管理行動,，如全球化學(xué)品統(tǒng)一分類和標(biāo)簽制度、國際化學(xué)品管理戰(zhàn)略方針以及多個重要的化學(xué)品國際公約：控制持久性有機(jī)污染物的《斯德哥爾摩公約》,、加強(qiáng)貿(mào)易中農(nóng)藥管理的《鹿特丹公約》,、控制廢物越境轉(zhuǎn)移的《巴塞爾公約》、控制臭氧層耗損物質(zhì)的《維也納公約》,、控制汞的《水俁公約》等,，并展望全球化學(xué)品管理未來。在講授的基礎(chǔ)上,，要求同學(xué)結(jié)合感興趣主題查閱文獻(xiàn),，編寫報告并分享。
This course starts from the current situation of global chemicals development and existing environmental problems, combing the global chemicals management system, focusing on global chemicals management actions, such as the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals, the Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Managements, and several other important international conventions on chemicals: Stockholm Convention on the control of persistent organic pollutants, Rotterdam Convention on the strengthening of the management of pesticides in trade, Basel Convention on the control of transboundary movements of wastes, Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer, Minamata Convention on Mercury, etc. The course envisions the future of global chemicals management. Based on the lectures, students are required to review literature, write and share reports.
