課程簡(jiǎn)介：本課程講授環(huán)境管理與政策相關(guān)的基本理論,、思想原則,、方法體系和政策手段,。通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外實(shí)踐案例，介紹環(huán)境管理與政策在水環(huán)境,、固廢,、大氣等不同領(lǐng)域環(huán)境問(wèn)題和管理需求中的實(shí)踐和應(yīng)用。本課程的教學(xué)目標(biāo)是使學(xué)生了解不同領(lǐng)域環(huán)境管理與政策的基本內(nèi)容,、原則和方法,，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生積極運(yùn)用環(huán)境管理的技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì),、政策等相關(guān)手段綜合解決環(huán)境問(wèn)題的能力,。
This course introduces the basic theories, ideological principles, methodological systems and policy instruments related to environmental management and policies. Through national and international case studies, the course introduces the real practices and applications of environmental management and policies in different fields towards environmental issues and management needs, such as water environment, solid waste, and atmosphere. This course aims to enable students to understand the basic contents, principles and methods of environmental management and policies in different fields, and to develop the ability to actively apply technical, economic, and political methods of environmental management to solve environmental problems in an integrated manner.
